- DRY RATION DISTRIBUTION.
Following the teachings of our beloved Prophet (P.B.U.H) the Apni Madad Aap Foundation (AMAF), plans In Shaa Allah with the assistance of donors to look after the needs of thousands of families, widows and orphans. For such people every month basic commodities (Dry Ration) are provided by AMAF.
In providing this ration AMAF ensures that it reaches the most far flung corners of the city too. There are some far flung areas where there is high poverty and AMAF tries its best to provide ration to these people.
PHASE – 1:
2. COOKED FOOD DISTRIBUTION.
Apni Madad Aap Foundation, (AMAF) is striving hard to eliminate poverty and hunger in the country. To feed thousands of hungry people AMAF with the donors assistance makes food to feed these people and not only this but distributes the food in the most far flung areas. Also the food that is left in events like wedding is even collected by AMAF, repacked in good/descent quality boxes and distributed to people who are in dire need of it.
AMAF endeavor as per our policy that everyday food is distributed at a different place and to different people. All this is done to ensure that maximum people benefit from AMAF Food Program.
In order to implement our Food Program of AMAF is also hiring some needy people to distribute the food, which provides them the opportunity of employment sometimes temporary and permanent.
PHASE – 1:
3. CLEAN DRINKING WATER PROVISION.
Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that to give someone water to drink, is the first charity a person can make. By the grace of ALLAH, AMAF, strives its level best and all its strength to ensure the arrangement of water for everyone.
Requests from far flung areas are properly analyzed and after complete investigation and keeping in mind the place, procedure for provision of water gets started which includes digging of wells, solar coolers, filter plants of water as well as arrangement of water motors. This ultimately, becomes a means of forgiveness in our life after death.
PHASE – 1:
4. RAMAZAN SERVICES.
Fasting is a way of experiencing hunger and developing sympathy for the less fortunate and for thankfulness and appreciation of Allah’s bounties.
AMAF and Donors all over the world provide Iftar and food boxes to their less fortunate and needy brethren.
Aftar boxes are distributed on busy roads, highways, hospital, orphanages and madrasah. Also the traffic police constables responsible for maintaining the traffic during Ramadan are specially provided with these boxes.
In the month of Ramadan AMAF provides Aftar to around hundreds of people. The iftar boxes consist of fresh and delicious food. Special care is taken that all food items are fresh.
In Ramadan with the help of the donor’s aid, AMAF makes thousands of Aftar boxes by just charging a mere amount of Rs. 625 per Box.
PHASE – 1:
5. MARRIAGE OF ORPHAN / POOR GIRLS.
We all know that many girls do not get married due to lack of Jahaiz/ Basic items. AMAF upon request of the needy, we discretely investigate their case and try to help with basic items of need. We carry out our services in a way such that the self-respect of the subject is not hurt and they can fulfill their obligations honorably. We just provide items of need and do not give any monetary aid.
The honorable donors can either provide us items that are useful in this respect or you can bear the expenses of the marriage of one poor orphan girl, which is around Rs. 85,000. If all of us can donate some of the money spent on unnecessary traditions at the weddings of our own children, we can earn valuable dua’s of the needy.
AMAF has devised three different types of assistance for Marriages: –
- Essential / Basic items of life are provided.
- Furniture is provided which consists of Bed, Dressing Table and Cupboard.
- A wedding dinner of 150-250 people is arranged.
One of the package is provided to a family but depending upon the severity of conditions all the three above mentioned item could also be provided to a bride.
PHASE – 2:
5. EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE.
Due to the importance of education AMAF is doing its best to help people in obtaining education. The generosity of our donors, the AMAF has expanded its support in the field of education. Initially we plan to provide the course books, bags and school fee to the needy children.
All these efforts are made considering the fact that the future of a nation is safe in the hands of educated individuals. Education is important for the economic growth of a nation. It forms a support system for individuals to excel in life and it is the backbone of a healthy society.
The Aid to deserving Students is rendered in the following categories:
- School Books & bags.
- Fee Provision.
- Admission Fee.
PHASE – 3:
5. MEDICAL AIDS.
AMAF since the beginning has been determined and dedicated to provide absolutely free treatment to the needy and under-privileged patients. The blessings of Almighty Allah and the support of our Donors have made possible to achieve this.
We plan to provide medical assistance to the needy patients initially to the following fields: –
- Laboratory Tests various type.
- Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation work.
- Provision of artificial limbs.
- Provision of medicines.
- Ambulance services.
- Emergency Medical equipment.
(i). Offers important medical equipment for patients who are at home and need them to recover on temporary basis. It includes: –
(a). Wheel chairs.
(b). Oxygen cylinders.
(c). Suction machines.
(d). Patient beds.
| These equipment’s are returned when no longer needed. PHASE – 4: 5. CONSTRUCTION / RENOVATION OF MASJIDS. According to the tradition of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) a man who makes a mosque Allah makes a home for him in the heaven. Therefore, AMAF after proper investigation offers money for renovation/repair work of existing masjids and assist financially in making of new Masjids. PHASE – 4: 5. FUNERAL SERVICES. AMAF provides on requestto its Muslim brothers in performing the last rituals of their loved ones. All the materials that are required to perform the ablution of the deceased person, the coffin and complete arrangement of burial at the grave yard. PHASE – 4: 5. EMERGENCY RELIEFS. AMAF with the help of Honorable donor’s full support, pacifies the victims of these unpleasant events. Be it the earth quake or the floods, monsoon rains or the heat waves situations in Karachi, the team of AMAF always reaches the causalities to help them at every step. PHASE – 4: 5. OLD / USED STUFF. AMAF collect old items of daily use and forwards them to those who are in need. All the stuff that is worthless to you continues to become the object of importance for the poverty stricken families. The useless stuff entertained in the distribution includes furniture, electronics, books, medicines, worn clothes, utensils, wood, metal and all the other kinds of useless entities. You are welcome to call us and our representatives would reach your home, factories, shops, or wherever you want and would gather the stuff you wish to give with sincere intents. One phone call would get you rid of the old and used stuff out bits and pieces and together with it you would gather countless blessings of poor and needy. |
